Routine reporting of Hazardous Materials Business Plans for 23 retail stores and warehouses throughout California for a global Fortune 500 HVAC manufacturer. TPS helped streamline the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) process for the last 10 years, including maintenance of threshold reporting inventories, emergency plans, site maps, employee training, and local CUPA (certified unified program agency) communications.

Full-service support for a large El Segundo, CA facility after the Fortune 150 company lost its EHS staff. An ISO 14001 environmental management system was developed for the facility and nearby distribution center. Programs included agency reporting & recordkeeping, safety committee leadership, and corporate social responsibility reporting. Our services resulted in lower ongoing costs, a reduction of the injury rate, and improved employee morale. TPS helped close the facility, disposition equipment and waste, and terminate EHS agency authorizations and permits​.
